Sourced from wild-grown tea trees deep in Fuding's mountains, these trees grow naturally alongside forest flora, taking root in the wild and accumulating rich internal compounds. Using composite sun withering and traditional slow-roasting over gentle fire, we preserve the tea's natural active enzymes to its fullest extent, granting it enduring potential for post-fermentation transformation. This process locks the mountain's wild character into every leaf, showcasing the distinct rugged elegance unique to wild bush teas.

Authentic Fuding white tea leaves, sourced from our heritage tea base. We use premium white tea from the core Bailin production zone—not ordinary tea powder blended with artificial flavors. Our formula incorporates 24 hours of low-temperature cold-brewed pure white tea liquid. This gentle process minimizes bitterness from caffeine while preserving the amino acids, fine downy aroma, and honeyed notes of true white tea. The entire craft takes 24.5 hours to complete. The Tongshuntai premium old bush series adheres to a full-chain active processing method, selecting high-altitude old bush tea leaves. Without roasting or rolling, we use sun composite withering followed by traditional slow-roasting over gentle fire to preserve natural enzymes and impart lasting post-fermentation vitality, honoring the legacy of historic tea houses. Appearance: Robust, open leaf strands with a deep green hue accented by brownish-yellow tones and weathered texture. Distinctive woody grain characteristic of old bushes is evident. Dry aroma is deep and rich, featuring lush notes of wood and mountain vegetation.

Founded on Bailin's historic street during the late Qing Dynasty, Tongshuntai was a leading exporter, shipping tea across the ocean and witnessing the golden age of Fujian's maritime tea trade. Today, we have restored these traditional methods to recreate the authentic, classic flavor of genuine Bailin Gongfu.
