Visitor Guidelines

This venue is open to the public only in designated common areas. Certain rooms, floors, and the backyard are reserved for internal office use, tea storage, and appointment-only exclusive gatherings, and are not accessible to general visitors. Signage is provided on-site.

Do not climb over barriers, enter restricted areas without authorization, or ignore warnings. The individual is solely responsible for any personal injury or property loss resulting from such actions.

Group gatherings, private events, and exclusive courtyard use require advance phone reservation. Walk-in guests without a reservation cannot be guaranteed access to non-public areas. Please cooperate with staff guidance on-site.

The hall displays historic tea trade artifacts, including vintage tea scales, account books, and tea canisters. Please do not touch, move, or bump the exhibits or wooden structural elements of the historic building. Carving or graffiti on walls and beams is strictly prohibited.

Historic wooden structure. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the facility.

Watch for steps and wooden ladders. Walk slowly on wet surfaces and ensure the safety of elderly people and children.

Personal leisure check-in; free photography allowed in public open areas.

Commercial shoots, wedding photography, short video store visits, live streaming, and self-media content recording must be reported to the store in advance and require written approval before commencement.

Do not take photos in restricted areas. Do not photograph or record other guests or private dining room reservations; respect others' privacy.

Unauthorized commercial use of website or in-venue photos and videos, including for advertising or repurposing, is prohibited without our prior written consent.

All beverages, tea snacks, and private room bookings (ordered via the desktop mini-program) are clearly priced. Private rooms have a minimum spend requirement; refer to in-store signage for details.

This venue has no mandatory spending. You are welcome to explore the public areas freely. The premium Zhan Guangtai tea collection features tiered pricing; please refer to our price list and choose according to your needs.

During peak holiday hours, seating is limited. Walk-in guests will be prioritized for the public tea lounges on floors 1–3.

Please maintain a quiet atmosphere inside. Avoid loud conversations, running, or playful behavior to preserve the tea-tasting environment for everyone.

Do not bring flammable, explosive, or controlled items into the premises. Staff may refuse entry to intoxicated visitors or those whose behavior disrupts others.

Please help keep the area clean. Dispose of trash in designated bins only.
