Tongshuntai traces its roots to the century-old Bai Lin brand from 1885. We employ traditional techniques—sun-withering and slow-roasting over fruitwood charcoal—to preserve the tea's natural enzymes throughout the entire process. Aged naturally in wooden warehouses, our aged white tea is not artificially aged or rushed; it is the result of time and tradition, slowly refined through charcoal roasting.
Dry tea: tightly rolled and uniform in shape, with silvery-white down subtly visible. The color is deep and mellow, reflecting a restrained charcoal-roasted aroma that doesn't overpower. The leaves emit a quiet, aged fragrance and possess a supple, resilient texture.
Aroma: A warm, sweet charcoal note blends with years of aging, intertwining honey, aged, zongzi leaf, and gentle medicinal scents. The fragrance sinks deeply into the liquid without floating or becoming harsh.
